When you enter into a discussion with a real estate agent regarding a real estate transaction, you should from the outset understand what type of agency relationship or representation you wish to have with the agent in the transaction.
A Buyers Agent represents a Buyer’s best interests. Their allegiance is to the Buyer in all parts of a real estate transaction and the agent provides the client with undivided loyalty, reasonable care, obedience to lawful instruction, disclosure, confidentiality, and accountability. The agent must put the Buyer’s interest first and attempt to negotiate the best possible terms for their client according to their direction. We'll advise you in all aspects of the transaction, from pricing, to inspection and disclosure review, to risks, and even what to watch out for after you close.

We provide a Buyer's Guide for all of our clients, and most importantly, we take the time to review everything with you and answer your questions so you feel comfortable moving forward.
Once you are condifent with the basics and ready for a deeper dive, we provide you with our Buyer's Workbook - a tailored packet that contains all of the essentials for buying real estate in the Bay Area including timelines, what to expect when writing an offer, strategies to reduce your risks, estimates of closing costs and more. Together we will review all forms, disclosures and the purchase contract up front, so you feel confident and your questions have been answered by the time it comes to sign on the dotted line and submit an offer.
